This year again Builder
Members were invited to participate in the Customer Choice Award survey. This survey measures the quality of the relationship that the builders (together with staff and sub trades) have established with homebuyers during the year. The winners of this award are those builders who received the highest scores from their customers. They have gone far beyond a simple recognition that customer service is important. Pleasing the customer becomes the responsibility of everyone in the company. As a result, their customers are prepared to pay them the ultimate compliment--a recommendation to their friends or family.

The Program is teaming up with J.D. Power and Associates to survey all new-home buyers choosing to build with a Builder Member of the Program to evaluate their home building experience.
