2007 Customer Choice Award Winners Announced in Red Deer

April 30, 2007 , Calgary, Alberta – The Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP) is pleased to announce the winners of the Customer Choice Awards in the Red Deer region for 2007.

Once a year, builders throughout the province are invited to participate in the Customer Choice Award Survey.  The survey sponsored by the ANHWP measures the quality of the builder’s relationship (including staff and sub-trades) with their homebuyers over the last year.  The winners of this award are those builders who received the highest scores from customers rating their purchase experience from pre-sale to possession, and beyond.

“Receiving this award is a significant achievement especially when you consider the challenges builders are facing in the Alberta marketplace today”, said Dennis Little, President and CEO of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.   “Exceeding the expectations of customers reflects the strong commitment of these builders to excellence throughout the entire building experience.”
