It is important to The Alberta New Home Warranty Program that our Builder Members demonstrate Knowledge, Commitment and Discipline when building new homes.

Once accepted as members, all builders are reviewed annually to assess their qualification and their commitment to customer satisfaction and to a healthy, stable building industry.

Also, all Members of the Program must have a qualified Moisture Control Technician (MCT) on their staff. This new qualification, unique to the Program, have been mandatory for all of our Builder Members since October 1st, 2005.
