The Annual Service Awards are designed to acknowledge not only excellence in service, but also to recognize those builders who have developed the systems and the discipline to achieve "Excellence in Customer Service" year after year on a consistent and sustainable basis.

Active Builder Members who meet the criteria are eligible to receive a Service Award. The service award period for the upcoming 2010 Service Awards will come to a close on December 31, 2010. Qualifications approved by the Board of Directors will be measured in homes possessed during the period January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
