Sales
This score is based on how new-home owners rate the professional appearance and dress, honesty and integrity, effective demonstration of home features, knowledge of financing options, ability to follow through and problem resolution.
Price / Value
This score is based on how new-home owners rate the value for price paid and value for price paid for options and upgrades with their home.
Construction / Site Team
This score is based on how new-home owners rate the problem resoluton, professional appearance and dress, courtesy and patience with questions, and job site cleanliness of their home builder's construction manager.
